TERMS OF SALES

Rafting Experience® means any activity organized by Rafting Experience®, its representatives and service providers.

Material

Equipment and materials approved and compliant with safety standards are made available.
The equipment provided is indicated on the site and more precisely on the page of the activity corresponding to the reservation.

Reservation

A reservation is said to be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment. No reservation will be registered without payment. For so-called last minute bookings, full payment will be required.
Methods of payment: Cheque, payment by credit card via a secure payment link by email or SMS, Cash, Bank transfer.

Price

The prices are clearly displayed in HT or TTC and present the amounts of VAT at 10%, 20% and special rates.
Discounts: The websites managed by Rafting Experience® offer occasional promotional offers. These apply to reservations made only under the reference of these offers and for the periods announced.

Special registration conditions

Commitment and solidarity: As part of a group, or registration for several people, the subscriber undertakes to make known and approve the general conditions as well as the documentation of the stay to all registered participants.
In the event of breach of the T&Cs by one or more participants, all services are due by the subscriber.

Cancellations

Following a reservation, the minimum cancellation period is set at 2 days before the date of the activity. After this time, no refund will be granted.
Cancellations are made only by email to the address mat[@]rafting-experience.com.

Modification of the reservation

In the event of a modification to the reservation (number of people, desired activity, options, etc.), the subscriber must notify Rafting Experience® at the address mat[@]rafting-experience.com at least 2 days before the date of the activity. After this period, all benefits are payable by the subscriber.

Refunds

In the event of cancellation pronounced 2 days before the date of the activity, and this whatever the reason, you will be refunded excluding 5€ (five EURO) of administration fees.

Retractions

The consumer’s right of withdrawal according to articles L221-28-12 of the Consumer Code are not applicable to contracts relating to the provision of dated accommodation, transport, catering, leisure services. The contracting party will therefore not benefit from any right of withdrawal.

Responsibilities

Whitewater activities involve risks and can result in serious injury or death.
Given the specific and adventurous nature of our activity, each participant is aware of the risks they may run. He assumes them with full knowledge of the facts and undertakes not to place the responsibility for these risks on Rafting Experience®. This is also valid for the beneficiaries and any member of the family.
Each participant must comply with the advice and instructions given by the staff supervising the Rafting Experience® activities and stays. Which cannot be held responsible for incidents, accidents or bodily injury … which would result from an imprudent personal initiative.
Rafting Experience® disclaims all liability for personal property (loss, breakage, theft, etc.) on the activity sites, at the base and in Rafting Experience® vehicles.
Each participant acknowledges that they are in good health and have no contraindications to OUTDOOR sports practice. As part of a group of several people, the subscriber undertakes to make known and approve the general conditions as well as the documentation of the service to all registered participants.
For minors participating in activities, under the supervision of an external organization, the latter is legally responsible for the conditions of participation.
For minors registered with their parents / guardians, they are responsible.
A minor alone will not be able to register without parental authorization or an identified guardian.

Program changes

By the organizer: Rafting Experience® reserves the right to modify the program of a service for reasons of safety, floods, drought, natural or accidental disasters (pollution), insufficient technical, physical or psychological level of the participants, without None of the participants can claim any compensation. Only Rafting Experience® is authorized to decide on a possible modification of programs.
If our organization is obliged to cancel a stay for any reason whatsoever, participants will be fully reimbursed without being able to claim any other compensation.
By the customer: Any service started and then interrupted or not consumed because not modified or canceled within the minimum period (specified in the “Cancellation” and “Modification of the reservation” sections) for any reason whatsoever cannot be refunded.

Gift cards and vouchers

Definition: These general conditions of use govern the conditions of use of gift vouchers issued by Rafting Experience®, by any natural person holding a voucher and wishing to make a reservation.
Use: The voucher can only be purchased on the Rafting Experience® website and can be used by telephone or on its website. The use of the voucher is subject to the general conditions of sale present on the site and these are deemed to have been accepted at the time of the purchase of the voucher.
Validity: The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. For each booking, only one voucher can be used. If the amount of the voucher is not sufficient to cover the reservation, it is possible to complete by another means of payment. In the event of loss, theft, difficulty of use or for other information, the beneficiary must contact Rafting Experience® customer service.

Use of personal data

Rafting Experience® and its online booking and planning management provider Trekker PRO are committed to protecting the personal data of their customers: neither of the two entities resells, shares or monetizes the data of its customers.
Rafting Experience® and Trekker ensure that they do not collect data allowing the identification of natural persons other than those explicitly requested from the subscriber of the reservation.
Although customer data is not resold or monetized, customers have the option of registering on the “BlocTel” list to oppose cold calling.

Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code, we offer a consumer mediation system. The chosen mediation entity is: CNPM – CONSUMER MEDIATION.
