YOGA PADDLE
Paddle yoga is a fun and relaxing outdoor activity. As well as enjoying the scenery, you get an outdoor yoga session, improving your mental and physical balance and well-being.
At the start of each session, the instructor guides you through the practice of paddle yoga, explaining the postures to achieve, the position to adopt on the board as well as the safety measures.

WHY YOGA ?
Now the Yoga Paddle is part of a healthy lifestyle in the same way as brushing your hair or brushing your teeth. It allows you to clean, tidy up, order, empty the mind through the body, to focus on yourself and therefore to be more open to others the rest of the time.
