Activities on the Guisane courses are temporarily on hold due to the high water levels following episodes of heavy rain. However, we are able to offer you a Classic Rafting course on the Durance. This is a fun rafting descent, accessible to everyone, including children from 10 years old. Departing from Briançon, the Durance offers a wide profile with abundant water, beautiful waves, and a stunning panorama.

Yoga Paddle in Serre Chevalier, all levels, on the Pontillas lake.
Paddle yoga is a sport practice in calm waters, solo or in a group. It consists of navigating on a paddle board, chaining yoga postures while being in connection with nature.
Paddle yoga is a fun and relaxing outdoor activity. As well as enjoying the scenery, you get an outdoor yoga session, improving your mental and physical balance and well-being.

At the start of each session, the instructor guides you through the practice of paddle yoga, explaining the postures to achieve, the position to adopt on the board as well as the safety measures.

Try this unique outdoor yoga experience now, while navigating on your paddle board!

WHY YOGA ?

Real revealer of conscience in my first attempts, very complementary to my preparations for competitions, or after the effort to detach from the pressure.
Now the Yoga Paddle is part of a healthy lifestyle in the same way as brushing your hair or brushing your teeth. It allows you to clean, tidy up, order, empty the mind through the body, to focus on yourself and therefore to be more open to others the rest of the time.

MY TIPS

Taking an hour to try to integrate some advice and exercise ideas to be able to reapply on your own, having the reflex to do 10 to 15 minutes a day can be enough to improve your well-being!
